Returns
Our policy for refunds, returns and exchanges lasts for 28 days on receipt of your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
International Postage
All items are sent either tracked, or with confirmation of delivery. BTL Miniatures are not a UK VAT registered company, so we do not charge for VAT in the UK. Any import charges into a country outside the UK are the responsibility of the buyer. Any invoice provided is NOT a tax invoice.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your goods have arrived damaged, are faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (if possible), or refund.
However, if you suspect the item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so a claim can be made with the courier.
